1. Introduction

Welcome to NDG Detailing. By scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

2. Services Offered

NDG Detailing provides a range of automotive services, including but not limited to:

  • Auto Detailing

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation

  • Paint Correction

  • Window Tinting

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Confirmation: Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation detailing the date, time, and services to be performed.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on the condition and size of the vehicle. Any additional costs will be communicated prior to service commencement.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

  • Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost.

6. Vehicle Condition

  • Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to service. NDG Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We will document any existing damage before starting work. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial inspection.

7. Service Limitations

  • Extreme Conditions: Vehicles in extreme conditions (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, mold) may require additional time and incur extra charges.

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to bodily fluids and toxic substances.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours. We will address any concerns and, if necessary, offer a re-service to meet your expectations.

9. Liability

NDG Detailing carries appropriate insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the services performed.

10. Modifications to Terms

NDG Detailing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients.
